Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PracticeComply website and SaaS portal operated by NOCTIS STUDIOS LIMITED, company number 16940486.

PracticeComply is a workflow and client communication tool. It is not HMRC filing software, legal advice, tax advice or an official Companies House service.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, inviting only authorised users and ensuring client data entered into the portal is accurate and lawfully processed.

  • Do not share dashboard login credentials.
  • Client portal links should only be shared with the intended client or authorised contact.

Product scope

PracticeComply helps practices track MTD readiness, Companies House identity verification status, missing documents, tasks and suspicious item reviews.

  • PracticeComply does not submit returns to HMRC.
  • PracticeComply does not verify identity with Companies House.
  • PracticeComply does not replace professional judgment.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Access may be limited, paused or cancelled if a subscription is unpaid, cancelled or past due.

  • Prices may change for new customers or at renewal, with notice where required.
  • Taxes may be added if they later become legally chargeable.

Founding Practice Price Guarantee

Subscribe by 31 October 2026 and keep your starting monthly plan price for 12 months.

  • Applies to subscriptions activated by 31 October 2026.
  • The starting plan price is fixed for 12 months from activation while the subscription remains active.
  • Upgrades use the current price of the upgraded plan.
  • Cancelled and restarted subscriptions do not regain the previous guarantee.
  • Taxes that later become legally chargeable are outside the guarantee.
